NEW YORK, Oct. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- PlacementTracker, the leading source for data and analysis to institutions in the PIPE and Private Placement markets, today announced the most active investment banks, investors, and law firms in the U.S. PIPE market through the third quarter of 2017.
A total of $22.6 billion was raised in 644 transactions through the third quarter of 2017. Of this amount, 9 transactions totaling $34.6 million have been announced but not yet closed as of 10/09/2017. Deal volume is down 4% (674 deals through Q3 in 2016) and dollar volume decreased 36% ($35.5B through Q3 in 2016).
