NEW YORK, Oct. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PlacementTracker, the leading source for data and analysis to institutions in the PIPE and Private Placement markets, today announced the most active investment banks, investors, and law firms in the U.S. PIPE market through the third quarter of 2016.
A total of $35.2 billion was raised in 673 transactions through the 3rd quarter of 2016. Of this amount, 8 transactions totaling $447 million have been announced but not yet closed as of 10/11/2016. Deal volume is flat year-over-year but dollar volume increased 23% ($28.1B for Q3 2015).
