A total of $18.8 billion was raised in 474 transactions through the First Half of 2018. Of this amount, 5 transactions totaling $216 million have been announced but not yet closed as of 07/16/2018. Deal volume is up 3% (462 deals in H1 2017) and dollar volume increased a sizeable 29% ($14.6B in H1 2017).
