PJM Members Elect Charles Robinson to Board of Managers
Coughlin retires after 14 years on board
VALLEY FORGE, Pa., May 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --The PJM Interconnection Members Committee today elected Charles F. Robinson to the PJM Board of Managers.
Robinson fills the vacancy arising from the retirement from the board of John T. Coughlin, who, as an original board member in 1997, served for 14 years.
Robinson, who brings more than 25 years of legal experience, has been the vice president – Legal Affairs for the Regents of the University of California since 2007. He previously served as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at the California Independent System Operator.
"Charles' industry and legal expertise will be a great asset to the Board and stakeholders," said Howard Schneider, chairman of the PJM Board.
Ake Almgren and Susan Riley were re-elected to three-year terms on the board.
