PJM Appoints Buehler New Chief Communications Officer
VALLEY FORGE, Pa., Dec. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PJM Interconnection has appointed Susan Buehler as chief communications officer with responsibility for media relations, employee communications, creative services and PJM's online presence.

Buehler, a native of Bucks County, Pa., recently served as executive vice president for Bellevue Communications, a public relations firm based in Philadelphia, Pa. During her tenure, she developed media, public relations and government relations strategies for large corporate clients including Citizens Bank, Campbell Soup, McDonald's and Philadelphia Works. Prior to managing the day-to-day operations of Bellevue Communications, she was an Emmy award-winning television news reporter and editor at Fox News and previously worked in communications at PECO Energy.
She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees for the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the Board of Governors for the Philly Ad Club. She is past president of the board of the mid-Atlantic chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and is active in the Philadelphia Public Relations Association and the Public Relations Society of America. Buehler also sits on the board of directors of College Possible Philadelphia.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University.
