Pittsburgh Haunted House presents new web series: Scare U

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Class is in session for Fear.

The masterminds behind The ScareHouse^®, an elaborate haunted house attraction in Pittsburgh, have taken over the internet to bring audiences everywhere a new and spooky web series. Scare U, airing exclusively on YouTube, presents fast-paced lessons focused on the things that go bump in the night.

"Scare U talks not only about what we're afraid of, but WHY we get scared, why our palms start to sweat and our heart starts to race," says Dr. Margee Kerr, Scare U host.

The 8 part series will cover topics such as clowns, zombies, phobias, creepy dolls, and much more. New episodes premier every Wednesday from the premiere on September 12th through Halloween on The ScareHouse YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/thescarehouse.

Kerr, who holds a doctorate degree in sociology, has studied the science of fear for years, and has been sharing her expertise with The ScareHouse since 2008. In the Scare U series, she invites us to go deeper into fear, discovering how our brains and bodies are reacting to the things that scare us.
