Pioneer Services helps teach military families to save
Company offers tips and tools during 2014 Military Saves Week
KANSAS CITY, Mo., Feb. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Saving money is the smart thing to do, but it's not always something families can easily do—they know they should save, but often aren't sure of how to do so. And it can be even harder for military families given their tight budgets. So to help these families and help promote Military Saves Week (Feb. 24 – March 1, 2014), Pioneer Services, a division of MidCountry Bank, is sharing blogs and an article designed to help military families find ways to save money.
"The savings rate for American families is climbing, and we want to ensure that military families aren't left behind by making every week Military Saves Week," said Randy Freese, Chief Marketing Office for Pioneer Services. "We already have a blog full of great information updated regularly, as well as an award-winning online Learning Center, and during this period we're sharing even more."
Pioneer Services will be posting three educational blogs: one on retirement savings, another about how to save on travel, and an infographic about how to save money when borrowing. The company is also sharing an article by retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant Al Usry about saving through smart spending.
