VANCOUVER, March 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - On March 19, 2010 Warren Robb resigned as a director and as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Pioneer and Tom Brady was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Pioneer. Mr. Brady is now the sole director and officer of Pioneer.
