OBERD) for innovative patient outcomes data collection and PQRS Reporting to CMS. Pinnacle enrolled 16 orthopaedic physicians who will use OBERD (Outcomes Based Electronic Research Database) software to automatically collect data on patient outcomes. Pinnacle will also have access to OBERD's Musculoskeletal and Quality of Life Registries to benchmark against national data sets.
