GILROY, Calif., Sept. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Bank (OTCQB: PBNK), headquartered in Gilroy, California, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a 10% stock dividend payable on October 22, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 9, 2018. Any fractional shares will be distributed in cash. This is the first stock dividend declared by the bank.
