(Nasdaq: PME), ("Pingtan," or the "Company") announced today that it expects to release its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2020, after the U.S. market closes on Monday, November 9, 2020, and will conduct a conference call to discuss the results at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (9:30 p.m. Beijing Time) on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.
