The fast casual pizza innovator opens in Rolling Meadows

The Rolling Meadows restaurant marks Pie Five franchisee Carl Dissette's second Pie Five location in Chicago and fifth Pie Five location overall. The fast casual pizza craze is no surprise to Dissette, one of the original franchisees of Jimmy John's more than 20 years ago, and he predicts that its popularity will continue to grow in the next few years.
