PICS Auditing Appoints Kevin Berens As Vice President Of Product

Mr. Berens brings more than 25 years of product management experience including experience working in agile development environments, delivering SaaS based products, working with new technologies and securing confidential data for Fortune 500 companies.

In his role as Vice President of Product, Mr. Berens will lead an integrated product development and management strategy for the company and oversee PICS product roadmap. He will manage the entire product lifecycle from ownership of PICS global product vision to understanding the client needs, providing technical solutions, and reporting on product results to maximize revenue and profitability. An innovative visionary, Mr. Berens' track record demonstrates the leadership of three startup reporting and analytic products that each evolved to leaders in their industry in less than two years.

Prior to joining PICS, Mr. Berens served as Senior Director or Reporting/Product Management for Adaptive Insights, leading the efforts in identifying reporting deficiencies, evaluating build vs. buy solutions, and negotiating software acquisition. Additionally, Mr. Berens held the position of VP of Customer Success and Chief Product Officer at Rivet Software and Principal Product Lead at Microsoft. Demonstrating both product and technical expertise, Mr. Beren's managed and scaled teams that enhanced the business intelligence software evolution through periods of explosive growth.

Mr. Berens earned his MS in Computer Information Systems from University College at University of Denver and he also holds a BS in Accounting from Colorado State University, Colorado.
