PICS Appoints Neil Thomas As Chief Revenue Officer

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PICS Auditing, LLC, the global leader in supply chain risk management solutions, has appointed Neil Thomas as the firm's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Mr. Thomas brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior sales executive with domain expertise in eCommerce, business intelligence, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. With a deep understanding of SaaS business metrics and drivers, his track record of executive leadership success includes developing, establishing, and improving business performance in emerging markets and rapid growth environments.

In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Thomas will spearhead an accelerated growth plan for the company and oversee PICS' entire revenue generation process. He will head worldwide sales for our enterprise clients, optimizing the company's sales approach.

Prior to joining PICS, Mr. Thomas served as Chief Revenue Officer and President of North America for SLI Systems, the SaaS Leader in eCommerce site search, leading the efforts in worldwide customer acquisition, implementation and success, business development, and partner collaboration. Previously, he held the position of Senior VP of Worldwide Sales at Adaptive Insights, a cloud-based business analytics firm where he grew the company's customer base from launch to thousands of enterprises in 80+ countries. Mr. Thomas has also held executive positions with Cognos and Adaytum (acquired by IBM) where he was responsible and delivered over $1bn in performance management solutions for sales operations.  

Mr. Thomas earned his MBA from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, and also holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from Thames Valley University in London.
