PIA National Names Amy Diggett 2014 Customer Service Representative of the Year

WASHINGTON, April 16, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Amy Diggett, of the Byrnes Agency, Inc. of Dayville, Connecticut, was named the 2014 PIA National Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Year. The award was presented March 28, 2014, by the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) and sponsored by The Hartford.
