Physiotherapy Associates surpassed growth expectations by opening 10 clinics in 2010, including three clinics in Q4 alone. The North Carolina start-up is noteworthy, as it marks the first Physiotherapy Associates clinic in the state, with additional facilities for the state slated to open later this year.

Overall, the company plans to open more than 35 clinics nationwide in 2011, and strategic acquisitions of existing physical therapy clinics will be analyzed for growth and integration potential.
