Photos & Highlights from T.J. Martell Foundation's Spirit of Excellence Dinner
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In the midst of tragedy, last night platinum selling duo RSO (featuring platinum selling Richie Sambora and Orianthi) and multi-platinum selling pop artist and songwriter Andy Grammer joined the T.J. Martell Foundation and over 300 attendees to honor leaders in the medical and music communities while raising awareness and funds for cancer research.
Those recognized at the Live Nation event included Greg Thompson, President of Maverick, Amy Howe, COO of Ticketmaster and her family and Dr. Robert Seeger, Principle Investigator, Cancer Research Program Director, Cancer Research Program 1989-2017, at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
The sold out banquet was hosted by iHeart Radio personalities Lisa Foxx and Clarence Barnes and the crowd enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by the Luxe Hotel and participated in a live silent auction. Items auctioned off included a Tuscan vacation for 4, Bordeaux Wine package for 2, AMA & ESPY Award Show tickets. Other auction items included concert packages, music memorabilia and golf and luxury travel packages.

The uniquely painted guitars will be auctioned off on Charitybuzz later this month to fund pediatric cancer research at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

- RSO performed some legendary classics and brand new songs from their EP Rise, out now.
- Honoree Greg Thompson, President of Maverick, received sweet words from Noah Cyrus and Katy Perry via video feed sharing their love for their friend and all he has done for them and their career.
