Phoenix-Area PrimeLending Branches Collecting Donations for Holiday Toy Drive

CHANDLER, Ariz., Nov. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Three Phoenix-area PrimeLending branches are currently collecting donations as part of a holiday toy drive for foster children in Maricopa and Pinal counties.

PrimeLending is assisting the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) with the drive, and new, unwrapped gifts or gift cards for children from 0 - 18 years of age are needed.

"We are looking for these special gifts to help ease the homesickness and heartache of the children during the holiday season," said Mollie Linden, DCS child safety specialist.

Donations can be dropped off at collection boxes at any of the following PrimeLending branches:

"We're also accepting gifts that are mailed to us," said PrimeLending senior loan officer Lisa Barrera-Shepard. "If anyone wants to order something online and mail it to me at the Chandler office, I'll put it in the donation box."

The last day to drop off a donation will be Thursday, Dec. 1, as all toys and gift cards collected will be taken to DCS offices the next day to be distributed.
