Philogen Announces Collaboration With Johnson & Johnson Innovation

SIENA, Italy, August 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --

Philogen S.p.A. (a privately owned company) today announced that they have entered into a collaboration, option and license agreement with Janssen Biotech Inc., one of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, to discover and develop a new class of immunomodulatory therapeutics. The agreement was facilitated by Johnson & Johnson Innovation.

No financial details of the agreement were released.
