MIAMI, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Philip Stein, the manufacturer of Philip Stein timepieces featuring natural frequency technology, announced today that it will reorganize its existing businesses under a newly created holding company, Philip Stein Group.  Operating under the new umbrella company will be the existing Philip Stein watch collections, the newly launched Fruitz brand, Philip Stein Wine Wands and various other existing and forthcoming lines of business.  

Today's move was made as part of an ongoing initiative to make the company's highly popular natural frequency technology accessible to a broader array of consumers, including the recent creation of the Philip Stein Classic and Active lines (MSRP starting at $400) and this month's debut of the colorful Fruitz brand (MSRP $225).
