The event, held at the Loews Hotel in Center City, celebrated diversity, and inspirational leadership demonstrated by the region's top 20 minority business executives.
Ms. Kelly serves as President of Spectrum, since joining the firm in 2013, where she drove and oversaw record-breaking sales in both 2014 and 2015.
