Phigenics and Argo Systems Win Water Management Services Contract for Seven U.S. Navy Bases
NAPERVILLE, Ill., June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Phigenics LLC, the water services company who is revolutionizing water management with smart analytics software and novel biological hazard analyses, has won the water management services contract for seven U.S. Naval Bases. Phigenics announced today that it won the contract along with Argo Systems, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with expertise in program management, engineering, construction and information technology. Phigenics and Argo Systems will provide water management services for Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington. The bases included in the contract are the U.S. Naval Academy, Washington D.C. Navy Yard, Naval Support Activity Bethesda, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, and Naval Support Facilities Bethesda, Carderock, Dahlgren and Indian Head.
The contract calls for the evaluation of water, chemical, energy and service efficiency in all steam boilers, high temperature hot water boilers, chilled water plants and cooling water systems. It also includes assisting NAVFAC Washington in the implementation of efficiency and cost saving measures in water use and management.
