These acquisitions build on PharmScript's continued national expansion, and further its service footprint in the Northeast and the Midwest. Arxcare, located in Massachusetts, will enable PharmScript to serve healthcare facilities in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. The acquisition of Vinze will enable PharmScript to serve healthcare facilities in Ohio.
As part of the acquisitions, PharmScript is building state-of-the-art facilities located in Ohio and Massachusetts that offer significant expansion opportunities. The new 15,000-square-foot pharmacy in Massachusetts will open in early April and will be located at 140 Locke Dr., Marlborough, MA 01752. The new 17,000-square-foot pharmacy in Ohio will open in early June and will be located at 1685 Westbelt Dr., Columbus, OH 43228.
Both of the new facilities will operate as long term care pharmacies in PharmScript's network of 12 pharmacies throughout the United States.
