Started on November 11, 2004, Grace for Vets™ is sponsored by the International Carwash Association™. This program is designed to honor our current and past U.S. military personnel on Veteran's Day with a token of appreciation for their service and commitment to our Country. The industry-wide goal is to give away over 1 Million free car washes across the United States.
"Mr. Clean Car Wash is excited to show our appreciation and respect for our military service personnel, even if just in a small way," said Bruce Arnett Jr., CEO of Mr. Clean Car Wash. "This is just one of the many ways we strive to give back to the communities in which we live, work, and operate our businesses."
P&G entered the arena of car wash services when it opened its first two test car washes in Cincinnati in 2007. The test expanded quickly, with an acquisition and rebranding of a car wash franchise business in Atlanta. Mr. Clean Car Wash now is the largest full-service U.S. Car Wash franchise, with 16 operations in Ohio, Georgia, and Texas; another six facilities are under development. Our newest location in Round Rock, Texas, which features both a car wash and a lube facility, celebrated its Grand Opening on May 8th, 2010.
