AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Petros PACE Finance, LLC announced today 17-year commercial real estate veteran, Kris McKay, has been named Vice President of Originations for the Mid-Atlantic region, strengthening its business development team as the company continues to grow nationally.
In his new role, Mr. McKay will join the nation's leading structured finance firm dedicated to C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing market. Petros PACE Finance is strategically investing in expanding its footprint to more regions across the country.

Mr. McKay joins Petros PACE Finance from NorthMarq Capital, where he served as Vice President of debt and equity capital markets. Before NorthMarq Capital, Mr. McKay worked at C.H. Kauffman & Associates, where he sourced, placed and closed commercial mortgage loan, mezzanine and equity packages on multifamily, office, retail and hotel investments.
Mr. McKay is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College and holds a Master of Business Administration from American University.
