ARLINGTON, Texas, July 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Petmate announced today the acquisition of Precision Pet Products, a manufacturer and supplier of wire crates, wooden dog houses and chicken coops, dog beds and puppy pads. Petmate will complete a full transition over the next four months of management of Precision Pet Products and its associated intellectual property to its corporate headquarters and distribution center, both in Arlington, TX.
