It's now up to the public to cast their votes for the most inspirational Tale! The winning organization will receive $5,000 in pet food, treats and litter to help them continue rebuilding pets' lives.

The nationwide contest invited pet lovers to tell their Rescue Tales of amazing pets and the rescues or shelters that helped them beat the odds. Now through January 15, the public can vote for their favorite Rescue Tale on PetFoodDirect.com's Facebook page.
