Peter Richter Appointed CEO of Armory's Consulting Division

About Peter Richter
Peter has over 20 years of experience providing operational and financial advisory services to companies in transition, successfully guiding numerous companies through the restructuring process, both out of court and during Chapter 11 proceedings. He has held a variety of senior-level positions including CRO, CFO, and President; as well as serving on the Board of Directors for a number of companies across a wide range of industries. Peter has extensive experience helping companies stabilize and revitalize operations, grow revenue, drive EBITDA, enhance working capital, negotiate placements of debt and equity, and monetize underperforming business segments.

Since joining Armory, Peter has successfully led multiple restructuring engagements, helping to further expand Armory's national presence and secure Armory's recent accolade as the '2018 Insolvency Restructuring Advisory Firm of the Year' award, presented by Finance Monthly. Furthermore, his recent work on the sale of Beaulieu Group has earned him a finalist nomination to receive the M&A Advisor '2018 Restructuring Deal of the Year' award which will be announced in November 2018.
