Peter Firestone Joins Protiviti as a Managing Director in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, June 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Peter Firestone has joined Protiviti (www .protiviti .com), a global consulting firm, as a managing director in Los Angeles. Firestone leads Protiviti's west region Business Performance Improvement (BPI) practice.

Firestone has more than 25 years of management consulting experience serving clients in the technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences industries. He has led numerous business performance improvement programs, including those focused on finance transformation, shared services, post-merger integration, customer/channel strategy and digital business.

Prior to joining Protiviti, Firestone was a managing director at Accenture in its Finance & Enterprise Performance practice. Prior to Accenture, Firestone was a partner in several large consulting firms delivering performance improvement engagements across many industries.

Firestone has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

He recently served as board trustee, fund development chair and advisory trustee for the ALS Association, Golden West Chapter.
