Peter Campfield Appointed President of BondDesk Trading LLC

MILL VALLEY, Calif., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- BondDesk Group LLC, one of the nation's largest retail and odd-lot bond trading venues and a leading fixed income technology firm, is pleased to announce that Peter Campfield will be joining September 20 as President of BondDesk Trading LLC ("BDT").

Mr. Campfield brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as Vice President of Fixed Income Trading at Charles Schwab & Co. Inc.  in San Francisco.  In that capacity, he was co-head of the group and had direct responsibility for managing the taxable trading & syndicate desks. He also played a key role in building Schwab's proprietary BondSource trading platform, expanding their electronic trading capabilities, and leading the development of Schwab's CD OneSource program.  Previously, he held a portfolio management position within Schwab's Treasury department, managing a $20 billion asset/liability portfolio.  Peter began his career with Merrill Lynch in New York, managing the short-term funding desk.
