Peter joins ASI following a successful 16-year career at ICF International where he led its Human Capital and Management Consulting Practice as Senior Vice President. Peter helped create ICF's strategy, training, and organizational development business unit. This practice provided a wide-range of training, e-learning, performance management and strategy and organizational development services to numerous federal agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, the General Services Administration, and the Office of Personnel Management.

Prior to joining ICF, Peter held leadership positions at the American Society for Training and Development, BRS Information Technologies, and Lexis-Nexis, Inc. Previous to those positions, he worked for various publishing companies, including the New York Times Information Service.
As a thought leader, Peter teaches and presents at federal and human resources forums and events. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Organizational Development Network, and is a past Board Member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum.
Peter earned his B.A. in English from St. Peter's College and his M.A. in Human Resource Management/Organizational Development from Marymount University.
