SAN DIEGO, Nov. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Petco, a leading specialty retailer of premium pet food, supplies and services, will host celebrations to highlight its expanded veterinary services in five remodeled stores this month. The stores, located in California, Colorado and Texas will offer pet parents a full suite of in-store veterinary care and wellness services through Petco's newest store design.
In addition, Petco will also celebrate the grand re-openings of five relocated stores and one expanded store this month.
Petco stores provide a one-stop shopping experience where pet parents can purchase anything from pet food to toys and apparel, while addressing the holistic wellbeing of pets via the grooming salon, dog training area, and an expanding array of veterinary service offerings for good pet health. In addition to new in-store veterinary hospitals operated by high-quality veterinarians, Petco stores also offer on-site vaccination and wellness clinics operated by Vetco, and digitally-delivered pet health advice through PetCoach.
Petco's newest store design will be featured in five locations opening this month. Guests can visit the stores for special offers and giveaways.
Three of the stores will open Nov. 3:

The remaining two stores will open on Nov. 17:

One store will be expanded and celebrate its grand re-opening celebration Nov. 10-12 and its Wellness Weekend on Nov. 18-19:

People and pets are invited to attend the grand opening festivities taking place at each store, followed by a special Wellness Center celebration the next weekend where they'll receive a voucher for a free vaccination package. Wellness Centers offer pet parents convenient and affordable pet wellness and vaccination services inside select Petco and Unleashed by Petco stores. Grand opening activities include ribbon cutting ceremonies, as well as in-store adoption events and special offers for Pals Rewards customers.
