Performics Strengthens Performance Marketing Position With Expanded U.S. Leadership Roles
Company Promotes Amy Krauss and Josh Dwiggins to Executive Vice President Posts; Appoints Digital Marketing Veterans as Regional Senior Vice Presidents
CHICAGO, March 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Performics, the global performance marketing network of Publicis Media, today announced key leadership changes designed to strengthen its position as a data-driven business leader. Amy Krauss and Josh Dwiggins have been promoted to executive vice president, Client Solutions, and Mary Matyas and Sue McDonnell have been appointed to the positions of senior vice president, Client Solutions, for the east and central regions, respectively. Krauss and Dwiggins report directly to Scott Shamberg, president, U.S. for Performics.
Performics' suite of solutions is built upon a foundation of data and technology to uncover intent —understanding how consumers decide across touchpoints to drive client revenue. Client satisfaction and retention is a hallmark of the company's continued growth through the years due to this relentless focus on business results.
"Our clients expect to see performance from every decision point along the customer journey and at a much deeper level than clicks or impressions. Amy and Josh have successfully led our most complex engagements and in their new roles they will apply their strategic account management expertise to foster increased operational excellence across all teams," said Shamberg.
Based in Chicago, Amy Krauss has been with Performics since 2007, successfully leading multifaceted client engagements for major financial services, CPG and hospitality brands. In her new role Krauss will be responsible for integrated account solutions and will oversee Performics client portfolios for the central and eastern regions.
Since 2011, Josh Dwiggins, based in San Francisco, has been leading the agency's largest and most innovative technology client engagements. In his new role Dwiggins is responsible for driving strategic account management best practices across the organization and overseeing client engagements on the west coast.
"Our continued growth requires well-rounded leadership. Mary and Sue bring formidable Fortune 100 brand and agency experience to Performics. Our clients and our teams will benefit tremendously from their ability to drive business outcomes," Shamberg added.
Based in New York, Mary Matyas joins the agency in the position of senior vice president, Client Solutions, Eastern Region. In the new role, she leads Performics' New York and Atlanta offices, reporting to Krauss. Matyas joins the agency from iCrossing, where she led the company's regional operations and helped grow its client portfolio including LG, DirectTV and Lego. Matyas also spent five years at American Express.
Based in Chicago, Sue McDonnell has been appointed senior vice president, Client Solutions, Central Region, also reporting to Krauss. McDonnell will manage the agency's Midwest accounts. Before Performics she led marketing for the Local Commerce and Innovation Team at Sears Holdings Corporation, developing a suite of mobile apps and products. Prior to that, she was VP of Client Services at Experian Marketing Services, working on brands such as Home Depot, Intuit and Williams Sonoma.
