OVERSEAS LICENSING AGREEMENTS

Licensing "Dragon Excalibur" to Vietnam

In January 2011, Perfect World signed an agreement with FPT Online Service Joint Stock Company ("FPT Online") to license "Dragon Excalibur" to Vietnam. "Dragon Excalibur" is a 2D real-time MMORPG proprietarily developed by Perfect World's Shanghai R&D team. The game runs on a brand new game engine and features lustrous visual effects, clan battles that blend Eastern and Western fighting styles, diversified pet systems, and innovative classes and skills. "Dragon Excalibur" was first launched in Mainland China in October 2010.

Licensing "Forsaken World" to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong and Macau

In January 2011, Perfect World again cooperated with Cubinet Interactive Group ("Cubinet Interactive"), signing agreements with its subsidiaries Cubinet Interactive Sdn Bhd, Cubinet Interactive (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Cubinet Interactive Philippines Corporation to license "Forsaken World" to Singapore and Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines, respectively. In addition, Perfect World signed an agreement with Gamania Digital Entertainment (HK) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Gamania Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (OTC: 6180) ("Gamania"), to license "Forsaken World" to Hong Kong and Macau. "Forsaken World" is a 3D MMORPG which caters to the tastes of global game players. Set against the backdrop of a fantasy world, "Forsaken World" breaks new ground by introducing a multitude of innovative features and novel gaming concepts.  Players themselves are able to alter the fate of the world through their individual actions in the game.  "Forsaken World" was first launched in Mainland China in October 2010.

Obtained License to Operate "Rusty Hearts" in North America

In January 2011, Perfect World Entertainment Inc., a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Perfect World, signed an agreement with WindySoft Co., Ltd. ("WindySoft"), a Korea-based company, to operate "Rusty Hearts" in North America.  "Rusty Hearts" is an action-based MORPG developed by Stairway Games, and WindySoft possesses the game's global publishing rights.  With its advanced action features and game-play design, "Rusty Hearts" has received great attention of players and publishers from North America and Asia.
