EXPANSION PACKS

"Legend of Martial Arts" Expansion Pack - "Demons' Realm"

On August 19, 2010, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Demons' Realm" for its 3D MMORPG "Legend of Martial Arts." In the expansion pack, new maps including "Demon Spawn Valley," "Deep Ocean Chasm" and "Tempest Shore" are opened to players. Brand new systems like "Flight System" and "Sworn Brotherhood System," as well as an upgraded "Apprenticeship System" are also introduced.

"Perfect World" Expansion Pack - "Perfect World Classic"

On September 15, 2010, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Perfect World Classic" for its 3D MMORPG "Perfect World." In the expansion pack, many new features are added, including a new instance called "Xianyang Temple," as well as a multitude of new skills for each class, new outfits, weapons and quests.

"Hot Dance Party" Expansion Pack - "Heavy Beat Remix"

On September 15, 2010, Perfect World released the expansion pack "Heavy Beat Remix" for its 3D online casual game "Hot Dance Party." In the expansion pack, many new features are added, including a new play mode, an upgraded "Home Building System" and many new songs.

OVERSEAS LICENSING AGREEMENTS

Licensing "Battle of the Immortals" to Thailand

In August 2010, Perfect World signed an agreement with i Digital Connect Co., Ltd. to license "Battle of the Immortals" to Thailand. This was the first time the Company cooperated with i Digital Connect Co., Ltd. "Battle of the Immortals" is the Company's first 2.5D mysterious adventure MMORPG. It was launched in Mainland China in 2009 and has since been licensed to dozens of countries and regions.

Licensing "Battle of the Immortals" to Malaysia and Singapore

In August 2010, Perfect World signed an agreement with AS Online Sdn. Bhd to license "Battle of the Immortals" to Malaysia and Singapore. This was the first time the Company cooperated with AS Online Sdn. Bhd.

Licensing "Chi Bi" to the Russian Federation and Other Russian Speaking Territories

In August 2010, Perfect World signed an agreement with IT Territory, LLC, a subsidiary of Mail.Ru, to license "Chi Bi" to the Russian Federation and other Russian speaking territories. "Chi Bi" is the Company's first 3D war epic MMORPG based on the Three Kingdoms period in Chinese history. It was launched in Mainland China in 2008 and has since won a number of gaming awards.

Licensing "Forsaken World" to Taiwan

In September 2010, Perfect World signed an agreement with Taiwan Index Corporation Ltd. (soon to be renamed "Gameastor Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd."), a subsidiary of Gamania Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (OTC:6180) ("Gamania"), to license the Company's new 3D fantasy MMORPG "Forsaken World" to Taiwan. "Forsaken World" is one of the major games the Company plans to release soon in mainland China.
