Peoples Financial Corporation Declares Semiannual Dividend Of $.10 Per Share
BILOXI, Miss., July 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Peoples Financial Corporation (NASDAQ Capital Market: PFBX), parent of The Peoples Bank, declared a regular semiannual cash dividend of $.10 per common share, payable August 17, 2012, to stockholders of record August 10, 2012.

"Our Board of Directors and senior management team remain committed to sharing our earnings with our stockholders, and our bank is sufficiently capitalized to be able to continue paying this level of a dividend," he added.
