CLEVELAND, March 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Penton's ContractingBusiness.com announces it is seeking nominations for the Quality Home Comfort Award (QHCA), which recognizes excellence in HVAC comfort system design and installation.

To qualify for the awards program, projects must be one-year-old or newer, and must use traditional forced air, radiant heating, or geothermal technology. Homes can be of any size, from 1800 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. or larger.

"The public at large is often unaware of the extent to which HVAC contractors will go to provide the finest indoor residential comfort and indoor air quality," said Terry McIver, content director, ContractingBusiness.com. "The QHCA Awards first began 26 years ago and are the standard for national home HVAC installation recognition."

Winning contractors will receive a free registration to Comfortech 2016, the premier contractor-focused conference and exposition, in Philadelphia, September 19-22, a feature article about their project, and publicity materials to promote their success among customers.

The deadline for entries is May 16, 2016. Contractors can find the online entry form at bit.ly/CBQHCA2016. Project information and required photos can be easily uploaded using the online form.
