Pennsylvania Governor Wolf Signs Three Bills Into Law
HARRISBURG, Pa., June 26, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Governor Tom Wolf signed three bills into law this morning. The following pieces of legislation are now law:
- House Bill 182 introduced by Representative Seth Grove amends the Pharmacy Act further providing for the authority to administer injectable medications, biologicals and immunizations.
- House Bill 863 introduced by Representative Kerry Benninghoff names a portion of State Route 3006 over Spring Creek, Bellefonte Borough, as the Bellefonte Veterans Bridge.
- Senate Bill 485 introduced by Senator Joe Scarnati amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to further provide for the offense of impersonating a holder of a professional or occupational license. Specifically, the bill increases the grading for the offense of impersonating a doctor of medicine in specific circumstances.
