Pennsylvania Dental Association Installs Dr. Charles Incalcaterra as President
HARRISBURG, Pa., April 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA) recently installed Dr. Charles Incalcaterra of Orefield, Lehigh County, as its 2019-2020 President, at its annual meeting in Gettysburg.
Dr. Incalcaterra maintains a private practice in Bethlehem and is also the Director of the Dental Residency Program at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown. He is a dedicated leader for PDA, having served on the PDA Board of Trustees, and has previously served as President of the Lehigh Valley Dental Society and the Second District Dental Association. Nationally, Dr. Incalcaterra has served on the ADA's Council on Government Affairs and is a Commission On Dental Accreditation site visitor. He is a member of the International College of Dentists, Pierre Fauchard Dental Academy and the American College of Dentists.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers University, Dr. Incalcaterra earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers Dental School). He completed a one-year General Practice Residency program at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown and subsequently joined the medical staff. He was appointed the Program Director of the GPR in 1994.
Dr. Incalcaterra is a founding member and inaugural president of the Rotary Club of Bethlehem Morning Star, a member of the Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church choir, and a former youth lacrosse coach.
