HARRISBURG, Pa., Feb. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Department of Banking and Securities has issued a cease and desist order against Peter L. Workman and Financial Triumph Associates of Harleysville, Pa., for unlawfully conducting business as investment advisers, violations of the Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972, and failure to comply with a 2014 Final Order that revoked the registration of Financial Triumph Associates.
