CEO Richard K. Barnhart's hard work and dedication within the housing industry won him the title of Executive of the Year, which is presented to one multifamily owner, investor, developer, or manager who has shown extraordinary leadership within the industry. 

The MHN Excellence Awards recognize the multifamily industry's most noteworthy people, companies, and properties. Since 2010, Executive of the Year award winners have been chosen based on criteria such as financial performance, customer service, resident satisfaction and design.
