WAYNE, Pa., Feb. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Penn Liberty Bank has announced the promotion of Eric Light to Regional Vice President, Chester County. In his new position, Mr. Light will be responsible for the management of the Penn Liberty Bank Chester County branch network. The branch locations within Chester County are East Goshen, Chester Springs, Wayne, Malvern, Paoli, and the banks newest office servicing the Exton/Downingtown area.

Mr. Light, a native to Chester County, previously managed the Malvern and Paoli offices for Penn Liberty Bank. Prior to joining Penn Liberty Bank he was employed by M&T Bank and First Financial Bank. Mr. Light is an East Whiteland Township Volunteer Fire Association board member and a member of the Chester County Chamber of Commerce, Great Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Paoli Business and Professional Association.
Mr. Light is a graduate of the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Marketing. He resides in East Fallowfield with his wife and children.
