About Penfolds
Penfolds has been producing an impressive array of wines since 1844 and indisputably led the development of Australian fine wine into the modern era. The introduction of Penfolds Grange in 1951 forever changed the landscape of Australian fine wine. Since then a series of standout wines, both white and red, have been released.
About Grange
Grange is Penfolds most celebrated wine. It demonstrates the synergy between Shiraz and the soils and climates of South Australia. Each release of Grange displays Penfolds winemaking philosophy and stamp as well as its own vintage character. The Grange style is the original and most powerful expression of Penfolds multi-vineyard, multi-district blending philosophy.
About Koonunga Hill
Created by Don Ditter in 1976, the Koonunga Hill wines have a reputation for over-delivering on quality. These wines are about freshness, generosity of flavor, and vivacity of fruit. They are affordable, great everyday drinking styles that reflect Penfolds' remarkable vineyard resources and outstanding red winemaking skills. In great Penfolds years, these wines have remarkable cellaring potential.
