Pendo Advisors Adds Three Managing Directors from Duff & Phelps, Prairie Capital, and White Oak Group

CHICAGO, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Pendo Advisors, LLC ("Pendo") a corporate finance and valuation advisory firm announces the addition of managing directors Peter Aliferis, Dan Bourgeois, and Jay Ehrlich to expand Pendo's private company valuation, financial reporting valuation, and merger, acquisition, and restructuring service offerings.

Peter Aliferis joins Pendo as managing director from Prairie Capital Advisors with 10 years of corporate finance and valuation experience related to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Aliferis will advise owners of closely held businesses on corporate finance and valuation needs including ownership transitions through sales to both strategic and financial buyers.
