Pelosi Statement on Flash Floods in Arkansas That Have Killed at Least 20 People

WASHINGTON, June 11 /PRNewswire-USNewswrie/ -- Speaker Nancy Pelosi released the following statement today on the campers killed in flash floods Thursday in the Albert Pike campground area of western Arkansas. Currently, at least 20 people have died and authorities continue to search for the dozens still missing:

"The thoughts and prayers of Congress are with the families and loved ones of those lost in the flash floods in western Arkansas. We remain hopeful that those still missing will be found soon and that those still trapped will be able to get out safely.
