Peirce College Appoints Two New Members to Board of Trustees
Gerardo Monroy and Robert Grasso Selected to Diversify and Expand Peirce's Board with Unparalleled Business and Financial Experience

Monroy is a multinational executive with more than 20 years of experience in P&L management, business development, forecasting and financial modeling. He currently serves as the President of Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company, a CNO Financial company, where he leads sales and financial performance growth, introduces new products, and accesses new markets relevant to Colonial Penn's direct-to consumer model. Monroy received his MBA from Harvard University.
An Audit & Enterprise Risk Service professional, Grasso currently holds the position of Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving primarily the technology, media & telecommunications and insurance practices. With more that 15 years of professional experience providing auditing, accounting and advisory services to public and private companies, Grasso excels in assisting clients with securities offerings, acquisitions, accounting, and reporting for complex transactions and due diligence reviews. Grasso currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Family Services of Montgomery County and is involved in his local United Way chapter.
