Pegasus Agritech and SanGreen International Announce Strategic Alliance

DUBAI, UAE, March 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --

International hydroponic experts Pegasus Agritech Greenhouses and Equipment Trading LLC and SanGreen International have announced a strategic alliance, as of March 17^th, 2016. The two have agreed to establish cooperation in building hydroponic farming facilities across the globe. Pegasus Agritech Vice Chairman, Naveed Hussain, expects this alliance to "prove extremely beneficial to both parties."

Pegasus Agritech Greenhouses will purchase greenhouses from SanGreen International, who will then supply, install, and construct the buildings, and provide training on their technical operation and maintenance.

The alliance has been formed with the intention of unifying both companies under one operational umbrella. The goal is to bring all of the components of hydroponic farming, from construction, to production, to sale, together as one.
