PEER 1 Hosting Expands its Leadership Team with New Chief Marketing Officer

Executive team sets stage for growth with numerous appointments

VANCOUVER, July 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - PEER 1 Hosting (TSX:PIX), the global online IT hosting provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Patti as the company's Chief Marketing Officer.

This new role for PEER 1 Hosting is a reflection of the company's dedication to growth in the marketplace globally. Mr. Patti will be responsible for leading a world-class marketing organization which includes brand strategy and management, lead generation, industry-thought leadership and social and community evangelism, among other initiatives. His other responsibilities include overseeing the global marketing and go-to market efforts of both PEER 1 Hosting and ServerBeach across the North American and EMEA markets.

Prior to joining PEER 1 Hosting, Mr. Patti served as the Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development at Generations Federal Credit Union where he led the company's sales, marketing and brand management efforts. Among some of his other roles, Mr. Patti was the founder of Polarity, a global technology marketing firm and also held leadership roles at companies including Kao Infosystems and Compaq Computer Corporation.

Mr. Patti holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University.

• Jay Newman to the role of Senior Vice-President of Sales. Mr. Newman joined the PEER 1 Hosting team in 2010 as its Vice-President of Sales.
  
  
• Jad Jebara as the Senior Vice-President of Finance and Administration. Mr. Jebara previously served as the company's Vice-President of Finance and IT.
