PDR Adds Ohio Resident Paul Koors to its Talented Roster of Contractors

FORT MYERS, Fla., Jan. 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Property Debt Research has hired Paul Koors, a private Ohio contractor who will focus his efforts on the Ohio Market, according to the company.

The company, known for its aggressive talent sourcing throughout Florida and other regions throughout the country, has added an industry veteran and Midwest native in Koors.

While he was raised in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, Koors has since settled in the Columbus, Ohio suburb of New Albany with his wife of 35 years, Kathy, and his three children.

Koors, a Title Searcher since 1985 and entrepreneur since 1995, brings over three decades to the Property Debt Research team.

Upon his fifth year of industry experience, Koors tried his hand as a real estate investor in the early 1990's; Koors has never looked back since.

The co-owner of four retail computer and cell phone repair stores in suburban Columbus, Koors is an experienced franchise consultant who will serve Property Debt Research by promoting and selling its products throughout the Midwest.
