Through this new position and appointment, PDI will continue to accelerate its evolution as an infection prevention solutions leader. In this role, Kent will be responsible for driving PDI's enterprise-wide commercial strategy and have overall responsibility for its operational and financial performance.

Kent has over twenty-five years of successful operating, general management and leadership experience, including assignments with name brand multi-nationals such as 3M, Kimberly-Clark and Stryker as well as several rapidly-growing, privately-owned, middle-market businesses. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of NYSE-listed Haemonetics Corporation with responsibility for its full P&L and its broad portfolio of blood and plasma collection technologies. He has delivered growth through organic R&D and successful business development and licensing initiatives while being disciplined about managing quality performance and continuous improvement in operations.
